This is the Expert Scorecard for shadowing In-Person Appointments. Appointments can be shadowed by Leads and/or SVMs in-person or virtually.

Instructions:

1 = Does not meet any expectations
2 = Does not meet some expectations
3 = Meets expectations
4 = Exceeds expectations
