Walline Ranch was started back in 2020 when two farm kids from central Alberta fell in love and got married. Becky and Brendan both grew up on mixed farms with beef cattle and grain, keeping the passion for farming alive they took over Becky's family ranch in Meeting Creek, AB and started building their herd. The original focus was to raise cattle in a low stress environment and sell direct to consumer beef, which we still do, however we found out about the glorious tallow along the way. Becky loves to cook and utilizing the entire animal when it is butchered is important so that nothing goes to waste, beef tallow is in fact made from the fat of cattle. Not only can you cook with it but it is a great all natural and moisturizing skin care product and we are more than happy to be sharing this with our customers. Raising cattle with care and concern is something we are very passionate about and being able to showcase their versatility through our delicious beef or delightful skin care products is something we will never take for granted.
