Mission Statment

Our Mission, since 2022 when we began our Inaugural Season, has always been to showcase the best upcoming talent from across North America. We are the pipeline for all young players to showcase and earn opportunities within the College CoD and Challengers Scenes. From our players who strive to be the best on the stage to our young creators who just want to see their vision grow, we hope to continue to engage with and uplift this young community.

Parental Consent for Participation

I am the parent/legal guardian of the player specified below. I hereby consent to this player’s participation in season 5 of the Under 18 Call of Duty League. 


I acknowledge the player will be participating in video game tournaments where prizes will be awarded. 


I acknowledge that the video game “Call of Duty” has an ESRB rating of “M” for mature and that online interactions are not rated by the ESRB. I confirm I have read the full rating found at https://www.esrb.org/ratings/39547/call-of-dutyr-modern-warfarer-iii/


I consent to the use of the player’s name, photograph and/or likeness in social and broadcast media, advertisement, or any league related promotional media. 


I acknowledge the player must follow the league rules found at www.u18codleague.com

I understand that any violation of the league rules could result in suspension or permanent ban from current and future events. 


By signing this document I understand and acknowledge all the information listed above and agree to allow the player to participate in season 5 of the U18 Call of Duty League.
