Local pickup and delivery orders are completed in 1-2 business days. For local pickups and deliveries, you will be contacted to set up a date and time that works best for you.
Shipped orders are completed in 2-3 business days and you will be provided tracking information once available.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Since we operate under the Alabama Cottage Food Law we are able to ship to other parts of Alabama. Unfortunately, I am not allowed to ship out of state. Please note: We do our best to securely package each item. However, contents may settle or break in transit due to the fragility of freeze-dried treats. This is unfortunately out of our control, so there will be no refunds or replacements.
