Climb Out of the Darkness Team West Georgia Walk & Community Awareness Event Vendor Application - October 7, 2023 Vendor hours 10 am-4pm

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at our first annual Climb Out of the Darkness Team West Georgia Walk & Community Awareness Event. The date for this event is Saturday October 7, 2023. We are hoping to make this a fun day for the whole family while bringing awareness and support to those experiencing perinatal/postpartum mood disorders. We are looking for a variety of vendors including women centered products, services, resources, food vendors, craft vendors, and direct sales vendors. If you do not fit one of these categories but believe you would be an asset to our day contact us and let us see what we can make happen.

The vendor fee is $25.00. Vendor hours are 10 am -4pm with setup starting at 8 am. If you have an item you want to donate for our door prizes and silent auction that would be most appreciated. Vendor fee must be paid by October 1. We will send out a vendor map prior to the event. We are also looking for sponsors for our event. After you have submitted the form and payment is complete we will contact you with confirmation. We will also contact you with more information.
