Because of a recent change to Wisconsin state law we are able to roast coffee at our house and sell to any individual in Wisconsin. Please take a moment to select your coffee, fill out the order form and place your order. Our coffee is roasted to order, organic, fair trade and never touched with chemicals. Bali Blue Moon Organic Fair Trade settings $12.00

All of the coffee grown in Bali is organic, because pesticides and insecticides and chemical fertilizers are strictly forbidden on the island. Some real nice undertones in here with herbs like vanilla bean and cinnamon, a little bit chocolatey, a thick syrupy body, lingering but not earthy finish.

Guatemalan Santa Rosa Organic Fair Trade settings $12.00

Guatemala has many coffee producing regions that have gained a positive and well known reputation in the industry. This region known as the Santa Rosa valley is located in the South Central area of Guatemala. It is ideal for coffee cultivation due to rich soil from surrounding volcanoes. The climate allows the coffee to mature slowly, which is said to concentrate the coffee beans flavors. The coffee grown in the Santa Rosa region often boasts a balanced cup with chocolate notes.

Sumatran Decaf Organic Fair Trade settings $12.00

Decaf Sumatra is just the best decaf we’ve ever found. It has more body and flavor than any other origin. It's a really enjoyable decaf, and is one of the few Decafs that is available with Fair Trade and Organic certified. These beans are Mountain Water Processed and are less bitter and more flavorful than Swiss Water Process.
