早鸟优惠
11岁及以上的学生，可享受20美元的早鸟优惠折扣。
毕业三个月以内（距离报名日期），且无收入的应届毕业生，也可享受20美元的早鸟优惠折扣。
有两个或以上的未成年孩子的家庭可以额外享受30美元的早鸟优惠折扣。
2023年秋季入学的新生（包含大学生、硕士生、博士生）不受此截止日期的限制，新生个人及家庭报名一律享受早鸟优惠价。
优惠报名截止日期 ：2023年8月6日
例如，一个家庭有两位成人（非学生），两位青少年（学生），一位儿童，一位学龄前幼儿，该家庭在早鸟优惠截止日期前报名。两位青少年将被分配至集体住宿房，其余四人被分配至家庭住宿房。
友情提示：因为家庭住宿房数量有限，我们将按照报名时间顺序，以“先到先得”的原则安排给有未满11岁的子女的家庭。没有被安排入住家庭住宿房的家庭，我们将按照集体住宿房的费用标准，对差价进行退费，退费方式为提供PCCO主日午餐券。
例如，以上例子中的两位成人的费用改为$100*2 = $200，我们将退回价值60美元的PCCO主日午餐券给该家庭。
Registration Fees
11 years old and above: $100 (shared accommodation room); $130 (family accommodation room)
Children (7-10 years old): $50
Preschool children (3-6 years old): $40
Infants (0-2 years old): Free
Early Bird Discount
Students aged 11 and above can enjoy a $20 early bird discount.
Recent graduates who graduated within three months (from the registration date) and have no income can also avail themselves of the early bird discount.
Families with two or more underage children can enjoy an additional $30 early bird discount.
New Students (including undergraduate, master, and doctoral) entering fall 2023 are not subject to this deadline. The early bird discount is valid for all individual and family registrations of new students.
Early Bird Registration Deadline: Sunday, August 6, 2023
For example, a family consists of two adults (non-students), two teenagers (students), one child, and one preschool child, and they register before the early bird discount deadline. The two teenagers will be assigned to shared accommodation rooms, while the remaining four individuals will be assigned to a family accommodation room.
Two adults (family accommodation room): $130 * 2 = $260
Two teenagers (shared accommodation room): $100 * 2 = $200 One child: $50
One preschool child: $40
Early bird discount for two teenage students: $20 * 2 = $40
Early bird discount for the family with two or more underage children: $30
Total: $260 + $200 + $50 + $40 - $40 - $30 = $480
Friendly reminder: Due to the limited availability of family accommodation rooms, we will allocate them on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the registration order, prioritizing families with children under the age of 11. Families not assigned to the family accommodation rooms will be eligible for a refund based on the shared accommodation room rates, provided in the form of PCCO Sunday lunch vouchers. For example, in the case of two adults as mentioned above, the fee would be $100 * 2 = $200, and we will refund the family with a PCCO Sunday lunch voucher valued at $60.
劳动节营会退款政策
如果取消注册发生在，
1. 现在至08-24-2023：全额退款但减去$30（以个人为单位完成注册）或者减去$50（以家庭为单位完成注册）
2. 08-25-2023至08-30-2023：仅退餐饮费用（也就是不包括注册费和早鸟优惠的价值金额）
3. 08-31-2023以及之后：不能退款
Labor Day Retreat Return Policy
If cancellation is,
1. From now to 08-24-2023: Full refund minus $30 (registration summited as individual) or minus $50 (registration submitted as family)
2. From 08-25-2023 to 08-30-2023: Refund the meals cost ONLY (no refund for registration cost or the value of early bird discount)
3. From 08-31-2023: No refund

Note
Only one registration form is required per family. Please do not submit the same registration form with anyone other than your family. For example, if you will be attending this retreat with your roommate/boyfriend/girlfriend, please submit the registration form separately.
For couples without children who are willing to be accommodated separately in the shared accommodation room (which is $60 cheaper compared to the family accommodation room), please submit the registration form separately.
