What is Halaya's Halo?

So glad you asked! Halaya's Halo comes from Filipino words! Halaya being a Filipino dessert similar to jelly which is my most used nickname! Halo means mix in Tagalog (main dialect in the Philippines) which is also used in the popular dessert Halo-Halo! Together they make "Jelly's Mix"! My products are a 'mix' all made or based on what I've come up with!

This shop is mainly a one woman show! Items aren't going to be store quality perfect or packaged really really nicely (trying to be as eco-friendly as possible!) but hopefully they can still be appreciated! Also, a lot of the designs are made by my friends and I!

FAQs

How long is production and shipping time?

Almost all products are homemade! This means that production and shipping time can vary, however, orders should take roughly 2-3 weeks to reach you from the time of ordering! This is also dependent on the speed of the postal system so hopefully AusPost will always pull through :D

I paid using bank transfer, do I need to provide a screenshot proof?

If you have used the same name as your order in the description of your payment, it shouldn't be any problem. If you have any concerns feel free to contact me but if you do not receive any email about not receiving your payment then it has gone through!

Why don't you ship outside of Australia?

I am currently working towards international shipping but I want to ensure that shipping prices are not skyrocketing through the roof! So as of the moment, since I am Australia based, Halaya's Halo will only be sold Australia wide until further notice.

I have an issue with my order. What do I do?

If there is any issue, before or after you have received any products please message @halayashalo on Instagram or fill out the inquiry form on the Contact tab on the website with your order number and issue. Please wait up to 24-48 hours for a response. If there are severe damages to your order, a video/photo proof must be provided. Very small damages will not warrant any kind of refund. Being unsatisfied with your order when in good condition will also not warrant any refund.

I haven't received my mail!/My order has gotten lost!

Unfortunately, any orders that have been lost once shipped out is no longer under Halaya's Halo responsibility. All issues with lost mail after mailing will be due to the postal services' and there will be no refunds/compensation if such situation occurs. Please understand that this is a small business and I cannot control the postal service :(
