1. Minimum order quantities apply. MOQ $500 EX TAX on all collections except the Petite Collections, Macramé, Tassels and Earrings where the MOQ is MOQ $300 EX TAX
2. Interior designer's / trade discount on retail prices (ex tax) apply.
3. The approximate lead time is between 3 and 6 weeks ex factory, depending on the season and on order size and available stock - please enquire.
4. Mia Mélange reserves the rights to change the lead times and / or prices and any given time and without prior notice.
5. Prices do not include shipping - shipping costs will be confirmed once the order is completed and packed.
6. Mia Mélange will not take responsibility for any taxes or duties charged. Please enquire about your country's laws and policies prior to ordering.
7. Quotations will be sent after receipt of wholesale order form.
8. Kindly note that production will only begin after a 50% deposit is paid.
9. Payments will be made via bank transfers, unless by prior arrangement. Bank fees on international payments are to be paid by payee.
10. An additional 6% service fee will be charged on all PayPal payments.
11. An additional 3.5% service fee will be charged on all card payments.
12. Please note that when we pack our products, we often fold them. Due to the products being made from cotton, it is easy to bend the products back to their original shape.
13. Because all products are hand made, sizes provided are estimates and actual dimensions may vary. Please note that no two products will be exactly the same.
14. Please note that Mia Mélange products are not to be sold online, unless otherwise agreed upon by Mia Mélange.
15. Mia Mélange products are not to be sold on any other platforms, such as Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree, Bid or Buy, etc.
16. No branding, particularly sewn on labels, may be removed from Mia Mélange products.
17. Retailers are to sell Mia Mélange products at a minimum price of the recommended retail price, unless otherwise agreed upon by Mia Mélange.
