Custom Project Terms & Conditions

Hi! Thanks for hiring LTS Designs for your custom project. Please read the following list fully and type your digital signature below.

This form is a legal contract between you and LTS Designs.

The list of tasks to be completed for the project has already been discussed and finalized between you and LTS Designs and cannot be changed.

If at any point during the project you realize you need additional tasks completed, contact LTS Designs for an additional quote. There's no guarantee additional tasks can be completed since all custom projects must be completed within the deadline.

You are not allowed indefinite edits or indefinite changes to the task list. Once the project is finished, you are only allowed three edits to make changes and tweaks. These edits do NOT include additional tasks

All custom projects require a $100 deposit. A link to pay the deposit will be sent to you via PayPal.

Custom projects cannot be canceled after the Project Start Date (stipulated in your email). If you need to cancel a project, notify LTS Designs at least one week before the Project Start Date. After a project is canceled, you'll be issued a full refund of your deposit

Once a project is complete and finalized, you must pay the rest of your invoice in full within one week of the project completion. A PayPal link to pay your invoice will be emailed to you.

If you need to change the Project Start Date, please notify us one week before the Start Date to reschedule your project. Once a project starts, the project cannot be canceled.
