This role entails reaching out to potential clients to offer our lending services, primarily through phone calls. Many of these clients are warm leads that require follow-up. Additionally, you'll be responsible for creating social media posts to maintain the brand's presence online and conducting basic video editing using platforms like Cup Cut. Alongside making calls, you'll handle email correspondence and text messaging, as well as any other administrative tasks assigned. While most of the work will be conducted in Spanish, there may be instances where you'll need to communicate in English, particularly with clients who only speak English. Flexibility in scheduling may be available depending on operational needs.
