Holiday Festival & Vendor Fair Application

The Craft fair will be hosted in the downtown Oakfield area. Local small businesses will be doing open houses to engage more foot traffic. We also added a band outdoors to add to the event culture we are trying to create. We are looking for well-presented artist booths with high quality and unique items. It is  important to us that we don’t have multiple artists selling the same items. Through this contract  we are asking for descriptions to make certain we do not repeat vendors and ensure quality  products. If you have not already, Please submit photos of your work. As a first year craft fair we are keeping the booth fee ultra low at $40, which will all be spent to on the event and advertising. Payment must be made right away to save your spot. Payment can be  made via Venmo, (contact Estelle Hansen or Katy Flury) or check/cash mailed or dropped off at 111 North  Main Street or 210 N Main St. Oakfield WI. Each booth will provide a 3x8 table. (White table cloths available upon request) And be approximately a  10x10 or 10x8 booth.  Please specify if you absolutely require an indoor spot.The craft fair will run from 10:30am to 3pm. You may arrive as soon as 8 am to set up.
