The Tenant agrees to rent the property from the Landlord under the following terms and conditions:
Tenant agrees to pay 3 months rent for period 5-5-2024 to 4-8-2024
The security deposit amount 0 will be returned within sixty days of the end of the rental term, minus any deductions for unpaid rent or damages
The Landlord shall provide the following utilities and services to the Tenant [casino space on the 6th floor of the hotel]. Any other utilities or services not mentioned will be the responsibility of the Tenant.
The Tenant shall not be able to sublet the Premises without the written consent from the Landlord. The consent by the Landlord to one subtenant shall not be deemed to be consent to any subsequent subtenant.
The Tenant shall, at their own expense and at all times, maintain premises in a clean and sanitary manner, and shall surrender the same at termination hereof, in as good condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted.

This agreement can only be modified or changed with the written consent of both the Landlord and the Tenant.
This Agreement is to be governed under the laws of the State where the rental property is located.
