Hello, Classmates! It's time to register for our reunion!

Last summer, everyone had a chance to vote on a location for our 35th Class Reunion. While Gatlinburg, Tennessee, received the most votes, the planning committee determined that the pricing for lodging and dining venues, along with the distance from the nearest airport, would limit our ability to make the trip affordable for as many people as possible. So, we moved to your second choice: New Orleans. And our plans are all set!

Reunion Hotel

Our primary reunion site will be the InterContinental New Orleans, 444 St. Charles Ave., New Orleans, Louisiana, 70130. We have reserved a room block at the discounted rate of $149 per night, plus the usual taxes and fees.

You will be asked to place a credit card on file.

The deadline to book under the hotel block is July 31.

Reunion Schedule

Friday, Aug. 30

·       Hotel Check-in – Beginning at 3 p.m.

·       6 – 9 p.m. - Meet and Greet at hotel – Pick up t-shirts and catch up over light bites, music, and drinks

Saturday, Aug. 31

·      7- 8 a.m. - Morning Walk/Workout with Vini

·      Breakfast on your own

·      11 a.m. – 1 p.m. – Natchez Steamboat Jazz Lunch Cruise, followed by Group Photo (in reunion shirts)

·      2 – 5 p.m. – Take a scenic streetcar ride through New Orleans (3-day pass included with reunion fee)

·     After 5: Free evening to explore the French Quarter/New Orleans


Sept. 1

·      8 - 9 a.m. – Morning Walk/Workout

·      9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Flexible time: Committee will provide options for things to do in New Orleans

·      6 – 8 p.m. – Dinner Banquet at Hotel


Sept. 2

·       7-8 a.m. – Morning Walk/Workout

·       12 noon – Hotel Checkout


The fee is $200 per person, which covers:

- Commemorative Class Shirt

- Food and Drinks for Meet and Greet

- Natchez Steamboat Jazz Lunch Cruise on Saturday

- 3-day Street Car Pass

- Closing Banquet

If you are bringing a guest who will participate in reunion activities, be sure to include them when you select your quantity.

The deadline for payment of all fees is June 1, 2024. This is required to make the first payment that is due to the hotel. You may pay the fee all at once or in two installments. Installment payments of $100 each are due on May 1 and June 1. Due to commitments with the venue, we will be unable to offer refunds.


Reunion Fee

The first installment of $100 is due no later than May 1. The second installment will be due by June 1.

Currently, payments can be made via Zelle or Cashier's Check. You will see payment options for Zelle after you click submit.

If you are paying by Zelle, select "Make Payment" to see where to send your payment. You will need to complete the payment manually outside of this platform. Select "Mark as Paid" after you make your payment.
