Please fill out one form per student/person.
This is NOT FREE for students, just a lesser amount than community members.
If you do not want to order, please be sure to bring your own lunch to eat.
All orders need to be submitted by Friday, May 26th at 1:00 pm!
Money needs to be handed in to the office the day after the order is placed.
Reminder to print or write down your child's order before submitting.
