Informed Consent
Good day! We are 3rd-year Psychology students from Far Eastern University - Manila (FEU-Manila) conducting a pilot test of the Envy Scale for the subject Test Development under Ms. Christelle Jimenez. We would like to invite you to take part in our study, as your participation will greatly contribute to the development of the scale.
Confidentiality
Your privacy is paramount to us in this study and your participation is highly appreciated. Any data you provide will be handled with the highest level of confidentiality and used for academic purposes only. If you opt not to disclose your identity, an anonymous identifier is known only to the course facilitator and researchers. Answers from the survey will be saved in a password-protected folder, accessible only to authorized researchers and the course facilitator. Once the study has been concluded, all collected information will be permanently deleted.
Voluntary Participation
You have the full autonomy to decide whether to accept or decline this invitation to participate. If at any point you wish to change your mind regarding participating, you are not obligated to proceed with the survey. You are free to withdraw at any time without any consequences.
Duration
This survey is estimated to require approximately 10-15 minutes to be completed.
