1.Basic safety instructions explained (use of headphones and phones, safety equipment emergency buttons). Explain safe behavior on depal. Trainee knows that it is not allowed to put his/hers fingers, arms or step on the conveyors, no matter if they are operational or not! Trainee is instructed on what to do in case of emergency. Trainee can distinguish which errors can be fixed by himself/herself and which only Dematic can fix.

4.Depal table usage and functionality explained (how to raise/lower, move table, stop the conveyor, raise palllets, etc.) Trainee tried and understands how to work with the equipment.

6. Sequence of checking information on the screen and pallet with products explained. (Type of depal (outpack, small, single sku), description on pallet and screen, article nr., pcs per colli, etc.

7. Process of depalletizing explained (how and where to put products, checking size of the products, location of trays, etc,) Trainee tried and understands how to work with products.

8. Process of communication with QA personnel explained. Trainee knows in which cases he/she needs to contact and ask for help.
