Yes, you can prefill the answer for multiple choice questions as well. Hi How can a I know when a costumer has successfully paid their order? Through the Stripe platform. I need to have an indicator for better managing practices.
For manual payments (Cash on delivery, Cash App etc), the payment status will be either marked as "Pending" (placed the order, but not paid) or "Paid, not verified" (user has clicked on Mark as paid button). Once you verify the payment, you can mark the order as "Paid".

Hello, How can I now when a costumer has successfully paid their order? Through the Stripe platform. I need to have an indicator because my form has two payment options: 1) Credit/Debit (Stripe) 2) Cash on delivery Is it possible to have for example a custom field that changes to "paid" when the payment is succesfull?
If you have enabled payments in your form, you will see the payment details section that will show the payment method, status and reference id (only for automated payments) for submitted orders. Card payments - Since this is an automated payment option, the payment status will be marked as Paid when the user places an order. Manual payments (Cash on delivery, Cash App etc) - When a user places an order, the payment status will be either marked as "Pending" (not paid) or "Paid, not verified" (user has clicked on Mark as paid button). Once you verify the payment, you can mark the order as "Paid". Updating the status for manual payments Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Orders > In the Orders page, click on the order to view the details > Order summary including the payment details will be displayed > click on the edit icon next to the payment status > select the payment status and click Save.

Hi Vipin, Is there a way to notify outside neartail platform the payment selection? In my form I offer two payment types: Card and cash on delivery. How can I send the costumer payment selection into google sheets? The thing is that I manage everything based on google sheets and it is a crucial step to have that information along with the costumer's selection.
Hi Rafael, If you used the Neartail templates to create your order form, then you will also be able export the Neartail Reports data to google sheets. Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Reports > click on the sync button in the bottom right corner. The responses will be synced to Sheets ONLY when you click on the Export button in Neartail. This includes order status, payment status & more. When you sync the Neartail reports to Google Sheets, we create three sheets: (1) Order summary: This includes the order id, order date, order status, payment method, payment status, customer contact details, amount and other fields in the form. (2) Order lineitems: This includes the order lineitems data such as order id, order date, product name, price, quantity, amount, status, name, email. You can use the pivot table option on this sheet to create the aggregate reports you need. (3) Order details: This includes the quantity ordered for the products in each order. Each product will be added as a column. For products with variants, each variant will be a separate column. Note: If you sync the Google Forms responses to Google Sheets, only the responses for the fields in the form will be available in Sheets. Order status, payments status etc won't be available.

Hi, is it possible to create products without images? I want to make an order menu but the physical place where the people will be opening the form has not a very powerful internet conection. This is why it would be very helpful to have the products without images.
Hi Rafa, if you have selected the compact or comfortable layout in your form, images will be displayed in the form. If you don't upload an image for a product, a placeholder image will be displayed. If you don't want to upload an image for products, then you can choose the default form layout. Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Neartail Edit page, click on the gear icon next to the form title > Form settings page will be displayed > click Appearance > select the Default layout option and click Save.

Hi, At some point inside my form I ask to upload documents, the thing is that I can not find the root file where this documents are being stored and thus I can not share them with my client. How or where I can serch for the root file? Or how can I share access? Hi Rafa, If you would like to collect files in the form and share it with other users, you should subscribe to the file upload plan 10gb, 100gb or 1tb plan. You can increase the max file size to up to 1gb per file (depends on the plan), the number of files per file upload question, restrict file types, collaborate with your team by providing access to the uploaded files to specific users, allow anyone with the link to access the files, enable unlisted links to automate using Apps script or Zapier and use our Petaform addon to sync the uploaded files to your google drive. My subscription renewal has been rejected several times, the message says that is something related with my credit card, the issue here is that when I select the option of "upgrade your card information", the system redirects me to a different pricing page, as if I haven't been a member all this past months. How can I just upgrade my card information? I am currently paying 12USD monthly and it is very confusing with that much addons.
Open the Neartail Form Builder pricing page > click on the Buy Now button for the plan you would like to subscribe to > login with your preferred google account > select Monthly or Annual, click Proceed > enter the card details to make the payment and subscribe to the paid plan.

Hi, Is there a way I can set or trigger a warning when the user continues without selecting any item? It would be very helpful to prevent having empty orders that confuses our staff Thanks!
Hi Rafa, you can add a response validation for the order amount or order quantity field to ensure that the form cannot be submitted if the users have not added product to the cart. Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Neartail Edit page, click on the order amount or order quantity field to select it > click on the gear icon for this field > Field settings page will be displayed > click Answer > click on the Configure link for the validation option > select Number, greater than, enter 0 > click Save. Please try this and confirm

Hi, My customers are having truble with the "continue with your last order" message when they enter the form again. The issue is not with the option itself, but it interfere with the current configuration of the form. Is there a way I can turn off that option? I want that every time the cosumer enters the form, it shows them a brand new one.
Hi Rafael, the autosave option is enabled by default. Currently it cannot be turned off.
