Terms and Conditions

By filling out this form you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Once form is submitted, reservation is secured and cannot be forfeited unless information submitted are incorrect, incoherent, and misleading; bogus buyers will be tagged in a post.

2. COMPASS has the right to deny service. Impatient and rude student(s) will have their reservation slots forfeited. 

3. Check e-mail for information regarding your invoice number and where to send payment. (optional)

4. Payments will be made on time. COMPASS will not accept late payments – Failure to pay on time will forfeit your slot.

5. All paid items will be picked up at the <PLACE> during a selected time frame. Notices will be sent via e-mail and posted via the FB page. 

6. Estimated time of arrival of merch after pre-order period is <ESTIMATE TIME>.
