  • Glass jars

  • Cheese cloth or other thin cotton cloth

  • Milk

  • Heavy Cream

  • Kefir Grains

  • Buttermilk

  • Incubator (oven with incandescent light bulb, box-style dehydrator, heating pad, sous vide circulator, cooler or Instapot)
