NOTES:

  • NO payment will be collected online via this form.

  • Instead, payment MUST be made either in CASH (exact amount) OR via CHECK

    • Check should be made PAYABLE: Kamehameha Schools

    • MEMO line should include: 2026 student's LEGAL first and last name, ID number and "2026 apparel"

  • Payment MUST be turned into the Akahi Student Center by 3:30 PM Monday, January 23.

  • IF payment is NOT received by this deadline, your order will NOT be submitted to the vendor.
