After purchasing a session:

• An email will be sent to you to confirm your order
• Another email will be sent to you to coordinate a day and time for your distance Reiki session

The distance Reiki session will include:

• You will be sent an email that will include a consent form and an intake form that you will be asked to fill out, prior to the appointment, just to give me an idea of what is going on and what you expect from the session
• Your session can be fully distant with no communication during the session or it can include a phone call with a guided meditation and healing.
• You will be asked to lie down and relax, if possible, during your scheduled time so that your mind, body, & soul are able to get the most from your healing session.
