A combination of Ghost and Carolina Reaper chile peppers soaked in alcohol for a year, then strained and most of the capsaicin is extracted and put into a glass 2-ounce dropper bottle. Just add a drop or two into your stew for some spice. The heat level isn't too hot and wild, it has more essence of the spice and a good level of heat.
