CCR Apparel Order Form

Please use this form to order t-shirts, long sleeve shirts, and hoodies for you and your family. Last call for orders AND payment is Sunday, October 29th. See payment details below.


All products will be printed with the "Called to Love, Here to Serve" white logo (pictured below). To order:

  1. Click on the color you'd like to order.

  2. Select the size/s and quantities of that color.

  3. Repeat for as many colors and products as you'd like.

  4. Fill out your contact information.

  5. Pay for your order via PayPal, cash, or check made out to Catholic Community at Relay.

  6. Review, and click "Place Order."

Please make payment with PayPal, cash, or check before October 23. Checks can be made out to the Catholic Community at Relay. Write "CCR Apparel" on the memo line.


Place your payment in the collection envelopes at the back of the church or in the church office, OR mail your payment to 5025 Cedar Ave, Halethorpe, MD 21227.
